๐Ÿ”ฌ About the Lab

// Chief Colton, Lead Engineer

Chief Colton is a 10-year-old maker who builds machines that move. His favorite builds are Technic-style brick creations: monster transmissions, pneumatic motors, turbo and control systems, and remote-control machines.

He loves robot combat, high-tech gadgets, and science experiments that make people say "whoa." His dream is to become an engineer and inventor who builds amazing things and shares how they work.

// What the lab builds

  • โš™ Gearboxes & transmissions
  • ๐Ÿ’จ Pneumatic & hydraulic machines
  • ๐ŸŽฎ Remote-control builds
  • ๐Ÿค– Robots (and someday, battle bots)
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Cardboard engineering experiments
  • ๐Ÿงฉ Scratch games
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Arduino circuits (Uno R4)
  • ๐Ÿ–จ 3D-printed parts (Tinkercad)
  • ๐Ÿšฒ Bike-inspired machines

// โš  Lab Rules

  • 1
    Safety goggles ON whenever something could spin, snap, or fly.
  • 2
    Grown-up required for power tools, hot glue guns, batteries, and anything that plugs in.
  • 3
    Test small first. Low speed, low pressure, then go bigger.
  • 4
    Battle bots fight in the arena only, never near people, pets, or faces.
  • 5
    Clean up the parts. A stray brick on the floor is the most dangerous trap in the lab.
  • 6
    Failure is data. Write down what broke and how you fixed it.
